Saint Francis Healthcare
Wilmington, DE. Most recently President and Chief Executive Officer.
About Dan
“I know that the CEO’s office can be a lonely place, where it is hard to get honest, constructive feedback. I help leaders ensure that important decisions are not made in a vacuum, and that the impact on the ‘triple bottom line’ is properly considered.”
Dan has more than 40 years of leadership experience and a values-based leadership style. He has led organizations through significant cultural change, with gains in quality, financial and satisfaction results. Five colleagues he coached went on to become hospital CEOs.
His skills are strategic, financial and operational, in both traditional and matrix organizations — single hospitals, academic medical centers and multi-hospital systems.

The model develops both leadership and business skills. Dan works with profit and nonprofit executives, with special emphasis on first-time executives.
